Crissy graduated from Radford College with a degree in Art and hoped to teach children after school. Alas, Life took her in another direction for a majority of her professional career. She maintained a close relationship with art throughout the years but never had a time to fully focus on a full time career in art until Covid hit.

Being home and close to nature over the beginning of 2020, she developed her skill in glass mosaic creations and needle felting. Being inspired by the neighbors animals like goats, sheep, cows, and bunnies, she began creating glass mosaics, large and small. Shortly after Covid, she decided to open her own shop in downtown Penn Yan, NY with a friend. She teaches classes and works with people with special needs. Stop in to visit her shop in quaint downtown.
