Soul Collage & Zentangles Wellness Workshop with Diane Stratton-Smith & Toni Johnson

Join us for a relaxing day with a combination workshop of SoulCollage® and Zentangle. We’ll start the day learning about the fun world of SoulCollage®! SoulCollage® cards are the expression and exploration of the different parts that make up you. Using images you select, cut, and glue to 5×7 matboard cards, you will create colorful collaged cards with deep personal meaning. Diane will teach you how to consult your cards to discover your inner wisdom, and find answers and revelations. In the second part of this workshop, Toni will teach you about the art of Zentangle. You can think of Zentangle as “meditative doodling”. If you can create the strokes of “i”, “s”, “o”, and “c”, you can make a Zentangle! We put these four strokes together in many ways to create tangles, and put the tangles together to create art. Finally, students will get the chance to combine these two art forms together to create a third unique work of art! All materials are included in the cost of the workshop. This workshop is suitable for all levels ages 18+. There will be a break for lunch, so you can either bring your own (there is a fridge on site, no microwave), or order from The Olney Place nearby.
