The Art of Wine with Mike Gibbs of Toast Winery

Join us at the Arts Center to learn how various local winemakers create their signature products and learn how to taste the differences. Different winemakers every class. This week, Mike Gibbs of Toast Winery is our host, presenting the topic “The Corporate Escape: From Numbers to Nectar”. Mike traded spreadsheets for grape presses, and he’s sharing the story of how he did it. Discover the highs and lows of becoming a self-taught winemaker while sampling selections from Toast and Cane & Vine Wines. As a special treat, Mike will open a “vintage” bottle from his amateur winemaking days to share the roots of his craft. Must be 21 years old to attend. Enrollment is limited.
