The Art of Wine with Dan Bissell of Keuka Spring Vineyards and Connor Howley of Howley Honey

Join us at the Arts Center and experience a special Honey & Wine Pairing that celebrates nature’s bounty and deliciousness: honey and wine. Keuka Spring Vineyards and Howley Honey collaborate in this guided experience.  You will enter into an exploration of how soil, climate, and careful stewardship shape flavor, aroma, and texture in both the glass and the hive.  Master Beekeeper Connor Howley and Head Winemaker Dan Bissell, will lead you through a curated flight of Keuka Spring Vineyards wines paired with locally harvested honeys, revealing surprising harmonies between floral expression, sweetness, acidity, and terroir.
