The Art of Wine with Emily Doi

Join us at the Arts Center to learn how various local winemakers create their signature products and learn how to taste the differences. Different winemakers every class.

This week, Emily Doi will be our host. Emily is the assistant winemaker at Glenora Wine Cellars and specializes in Sake wines.  She’ll be mostly be discussing different aspects of sake, and going into the brewing process, different styles, flavor profiles, and tasting techniques. She also plans to touch on some wines she’s made at Glenora, the techniques used, and different pairings for wine and sake.

Must be 21 years old to attend. Enrollment is limited.
