For Artists: Submit art to sell on the online shop

How to Participate 

A Google artists’ participation form for both current and new artists is viewable here. Please review and submit this form to indicate whether you would like to continue or begin participating in the ACYC online shop.

Important Guidelines for Participation To ensure a smooth experience for both artists and patrons, please note the following requirements:

• Local Pickup: All artwork sold via the Online Shop is purchased by customers for pickup at the Arts Center.
• Delivery Timeline: Artwork sold online must be delivered to the Arts Center within 48 hours of the sale notification.
• Exclusivity: Because items must be available for immediate pickup at the arts center, your listed art work cannot be hanging in another gallery or location (other than the ACYC) while active in the Online Shop.
• Photography Specifications:
• Art work Images must be high-resolution (minimum 1200 pixels on the longest side recommended).
• Photos must be cropped to display only the artwork itself.
• For 3D works, please ensure the piece is photographed against a neutral, solid background without any distracting imagery.
